Hugging the western shores of Lake Ontario you’ll find the gem that is the town of Oakville. Within the Town, you can take in a Lake Ontario sunrise or spend many a golden afternoon along any number of shoreline parks and beaches, or along the scenic Bronte Creek and Sixteen Mile Creek valleys that divide the city. The city is home year-round to performances and arts and heritage events and festivals, so regardless of the reason or the season you visit, there’s certain to be something going on you can (figuratively or literally) sink your teeth into.
Did we mention that the Town is also home to Bronte Creek Provincial Park and is a Bicycle Friendly Community?
